Meet Sarah Tillotson, LCSW-R

Sarah is the owner and lead clinician at Intuitive Psychotherapy.  She brings over 17 years of experience supporting individuals, groups and families through deep emotional healing and personal transformation. Her approach is rooted in both clinical expertise (EMDR, CBT) and intuitive wisdom. She believes that healing is not just about symptom relief — it’s about remembering who you are beneath the pain, reconnecting with your inner knowing, and creating space for your soul to lead.

Meet Nicole Adsit, LMSW: I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life. And can appreciate the value of each individual person. It is a privilege to be able to hold space for each of my clients.  I graduated from Syracuse University, and was inducted into Phi Alpha Honors Society. In addition to my academic experience, I have worked with children and their families in many capacities over the last 10 years. I am experienced in working with youth ages 5 and up, adults, and families. Under Sarah’s supervision, I am working towards obtaining my clinical licensure (LCSW). This allows me the privilege of having Sarah’s clinical guidance and support while having the ability to support more individuals in our community. In addition to my clinical experience, I am a trained birth doula. I have a special interest in building community and supporting those who are embarking on their journey to parenthood.  My approach to therapy is not “one size fits all.” I work to know the whole person and create an informed approach curated for each client. My approaches are informed by mindfulness practices, motivational interviewing, CBT, and DBT.

Meet Stacey McCall, LMSW: Welcome! I recognize how difficult it may be to find a caring and welcoming therapist.  I am eager to be that accepting professional to help guide you to being the best version of yourself.  I am a licensed master social worker (LMSW) offering in person or telehealth appointments for teens and adults.  I am a lifelong Homer resident who is passionate to serving local people with their mental health needs. I have a strong passion with working with neurodivergent folks, those who may have mood disorders, as well as personality disorders.   With nearly 20 years working in the mental health field, I will meet you where you are at and explore avenues to a healthier you!
